Home Assessment & Treatment
Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Dietitians, Social Workers, Massage Therapists and Kinesiologists/Physiotherapy assistants assess and treat patients in their home. The Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists are ADP authorizers which enables them to assess the client in their home for mobility aids (standard walker, rollator walker, wheelchair, scooter, electric wheelchair, special seating etc.). We service clients who are in need of in-home treatment/counselling for acute and chronic conditions and also those patients who have had a mental health or addiction issue. We provide care to you; with you, your goals and your family’s goals being our utmost priority.
