Fees For Private Service

1. In-Home Assessment and Treatment by Regulated Health Care Professionals (therapists):

Fees for service are:

• Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Dietitian Services are paid by OHIP if referred from the LHIN / Ontario Health team.
• If Private third-party billing – (Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA, Workers Safety Insurance Board (WSIB) – telephone us to inquire.

For Assessment and Treatment for any private service, the fee is per visit.  Please call us for specific rates.

Travel fees:  dependent on distance from therapist’s office (telephone to inquire)
